Tomb Raider is a 2018 action-enterprise film directed by Roar Uthaug and composed by Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Alastair Siddons, from a story by Evan Daugherty and Robertson-Dworet. It depends on the 2013 computer game of a similar name, with a few components of its sequel by Crystal Dynamics, and is a reboot of the Tomb Raider film arrangement. The film stars Alicia Vikander as Lara Croft, in which she sets out on a risky voyage to her dad's last-known goal, wanting to illuminate the secret of his disappearance. Dominic West, Walton Goggins, Daniel Wu, and Kristin Scott Thomas appear in supporting parts.

First photography happened from January to June 2017 at the Warner Bros. Studios in the United Kingdom and in Cape Town, South Africa. The fundamental Tomb Raider film not to be appropriated by Paramount Pictures, it was released in the United Kingdom on March 14, 2018 and in the United States on March 16, 2018, by Warner Bros. Pictures in RealD 3D, IMAX 3D and IMAX. The film met with mixed overviews from savants, who examined the "debilitating" plot, while Vikander's execution as Lara Croft drew a dazzled response; some depicted her as a "gifted, exceptional and unobjectified valiant lady", and others called her character dull and a "punching pack and onlooker".

Release:

Tomb Raider debuted on March 2, 2018 in Berlin, Germany at a selective see with welcomed visitors and cosplaying fans. It is planned to be discharged in the United States on March 16, 2018, by Warner Bros. Pictures, days after the fifth commemoration of the establishment's computer game reboot. The film will get an IMAX 3D and a RealD 3D discharge. 

Outside the US, the film will be discharged in many regions between March 8– 16, 2018, though Japan will get the film on March 21, 2018 and Poland on April 6, 2018.
